locate libcudart.so.11.0

Second, add the path to environment file:

sudo vim /etc/profile
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/cuda-11.0/targets/x86_64-linux/lib
source /etc/profile
